Terms & conditions

Upon sending an intake request, participant will receive a response via the email provided with available time slots and information on how to pay for sessions.

If sessions are urgent or required within a certain timeframe, it is up to the participant to disclose this in the notes of the intake form otherwise, it will be assumed the sessions will be booked for the next available week.

For live sessions: upon receiving payment in full, a video call will be scheduled between participants for respective time associated with the session type scheduled. If additional time is required, it is up to the discretion of Perry Wong Costa on followup depending on how much additional time and energy is required.

For async sessions: upon receiving payment in full, a written artifact will be provided within 3-5 business days unless disclosed otherwise during prior communications. Participant must request a "live" design critique if they prefer it, otherwise, async sessions will remain async.
